For your convenience we have designed one form to be used to assign your delegates and alternates to the Area Labor Federation and/or any or all of  our Central Labor Councils. Simply complete a line for each delegate and place a "D" in the column/s for the appropriate CLC/s,  he/she is to serve as your representative.
