Target 5000 Survey Tracks Union Members Public Service

Public servants (elected or appointed officials) at every level of government make decisions or have the ability to make decisions that can impact our lives, the lives of our members, and those members of the populous within their jurisdiction. That is why it is important for us to know which public servants are or have been a member of organized labor. It is reasonable to assume they will understand our issues and generally be more supportive than others may be.

If you are a currently serving as an elected or appointed public servant at any level of government, please complete the Target 5000 Survey, in the asset section below.  Remember every office is important, often we contact  elected officials  at the local level including,  small rural communities  seeking their support of legislation, asking them to pass or support resolutions, seeking their help in making sure work in our area is done union and preferably with local labor. That is why we need to know who is serving at each and every level of public office from the President of the United States to the Local Level of Government (IE: Boro Council Members in Albion, PA, a members of the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority in Erie, PA, Fort LeBoeuf School District Directors in Waterford, PA, and etc).

If you know someone serving in public office please print the form and ask them to submit it when completed. All surveys received by us will be shared both with Rick Bloomingdale, Secretary-Treasurer of the PA AFL-CIO, and Paul Lemmon from the AFL-CIO.

Thank You!
